Baha Mar is a self-contained resort metropolis and a prime example of Mike's adept master planner, taking its cues from the local surroundings and culture. The design seamlessly weaves together architecture with nature, inspired by the pristine beaches, the islands natural beauty and the dynamic local culture. Mike has evolved a unique Bahamian vernacular by combining the area's Colonial, European and African roots into a feast for the senses. This enormous multi-phase project will become the Caribbean's largest single destination resort.

Baha Mar will feature hotels by St. Regis, W, Westin, and Casino Hotel. The resort will also include a casino, meeting facilities, spas, and a golf course by Jack Nicklaus. All on 1,000 acres of Nassau oceanfront. Boasting a retail, dining and entertaining village, and residences available for sale, Baha Mar will be the Caribbean's largest single-phase destination resort. Anticipated opening pending (2013).
