Dubai Festival City is a new 4.2 million m² waterfront community. Located on the bank of Dubai Creek, the meeting place for the desert and the sea, it is designed to reflect its natural context. The project is positioned on six concentric bands of water and land. To form the totality of place and experience, it is composed of six distinct components: a channel wrapping the perimeter to create a new island for the complex; a 500-meter long waterfront promenade; a navigable canal for water taxis and mastless yachts; an environmentally-protected, two-level souk; a six-lane boulevard; and a 55-story office and hotel tower.
