Building on the established components of Lotte World, the existing major mixed use development in the Chamsil District of Seoul, Korea, the Lotte Group of Companies is undertaking the further development of large, adjacent properties. The primary site for new development will be the location of a world class, mixed-use project featuring a landmark Entertainment/Retail District with complementary residential, hotel, and phased office/commercial elements. Lotte will also reconfigure and upgrade the primary existing block, which houses the world-famous entertainment, retail, and hotel components of Lotte World, plus further develop the commercial structure on the third adjacent corner site. In combination, the three sites will be combined into a thematically integrated master-planned project of international significance.
