This 450 acre of bayfront resort village is located south of San Diego. It is made up of hotels, shopping, entertainment venues, recreation facilities, conference center, and residential units.

The compact, pedestrian-oriented village allows over 300 acres of sensitive wetlands to be preserved as a wildlife interpretive resource. The surrounding areas also include a seven-acre lagoon, nearly one-half mile of new water frontage, sensitive marshlands, and scenic views of the San Diego Bay.
